Matt L Wilcox has trained musicaly since age 12. He has played drums for over 11 years and is applying that instinct in rhythm on everything else musical. In 1998 Matt began his intrest in the mysterious art of the dj and turntable. Starting with hip hop then graduely moving toward electronic dance music. Wilcox grew to be a part of the Arizona rave scene under monkier Sparkee. As a DJ and advocate of the Phoenix scene he worked along side Club Freedom, Kind, Swell Records, Luvs, Inkblotch, Technoslut, and DRP. For him there was not enough satisfaction in spinning records and mixing alone. Soon after he came upon ways to bring a live sound to his sets. Experimentation with all forms of electronic music led him to the all time love of his, banging techno and tech-house. Working with platforms such as Ableton Live, Reason and Protools he puts on a super banging all original live set. Along side the notorious Winter, one of the founders of the BeatDropMusic, you can see him involved on all levels of the dance music scene. Also the dedication to the underground scene is displayed in his t-shirt/artwork company "Truth Underground" offering a low cost printing solution for bands and artists of all kinds.
